I am supportive – compassionate – genuine – encouraging – listener – kind. I promise to exude these qualities in our sessions together as we explore setup a game plan for you to achieve your wellness goals. I believe that everyone deserves to live their best life, including YOU.
I hold a Masters degree in Counseling and have worked in the mental health industry with children, adolescents, and adults. However I am not a therapist, but a coach! I prefer coaching so that we can focus on the present, address what’s holding you back, and collaboratively create a plan for you to live the life you want. If any concerns come up in our time together where I feel an outside therapist is best, I will happily provide recommendations to ensure you are receiving the best care for your needs.

- clarify and construct a plan to achieve your personal goals
- incorporate self-compassion practices to improve communication skills, towards yourself and others
- cultivate self-care to find what practices help you feel fulfilled and balanced
- create a wellness routine to feel healthy, physically and mentally

60 minutes: $100
Let’s talk goals and where you want to go! We’ll work together to create a game plan for you to comfortably take the next steps necessary to cross of your goals so you can start living your best life.
four 50 minute sessions: $250
explore, shift, change, repeat.
Use these sessions as often as once a week or as few as once a month. With more time together, you’ll learn how to incorporate self-compassion exercises into your daily routine in order to pursue your future. We’ll discuss what wellness activities are motivating to keep you on track with your goals, and cultivate a self-care routine to bring you back when you’re feeling off balanced.
goal setting workshop
one 90 minute session: $175
Looking to set goals that align with your new life path? Or maybe you’ve already set goals, but they no longer excited you?
In one session, you’ll identify core values so that your goals are in line with who you are and not goals of others. Then you’ll dig deep to define what your “perfect relationships” would look like within your career, for your health, and the one with yourself. Your goals in those areas are then made to work towards those ideals so that you are working towards your dream life. Who wouldn’t want that?
We’ll close the event in the practice of self-worth; your goals don’t amount to much unless you truly believe you’re worth that dream life. You’re deserving of the opportunities you want for your future self so do yourself a favor and believe it!
You’ll feel inspired, powerful, and excited to pursue your passions and no one can stop you.
