about me –

About four years ago I realized that all of the bad habits, bad experiences, and toxic people would continue to show up in my life cyclically unless I took initiative to make a change. It took one dramatic experience to propel me into a journey of self-exploration, where I played with positive affirmations, encouraging self-talk, and started to understand my worth.

With my background in Counseling and newly committed investment in myself, I grew out of this space of negative self-doubt and into a space of self-love because I finally realized I was worthy.

This is my place to share those experiences with you! I dive into my tools, tips, and tricks to make that mental shift so you can stop feeling “stuck” too.
